Hi and Welcome
I’m Patricia, the founder of Flamboyannt Wellness.
My journey into wellness began in 2016, when I practiced massage therapy and worked closely with individuals seeking relief, balance, and a better quality of life. Through that hands-on work, I gained a deep appreciation for how the body, mind, and daily habits are connected — and how wellness is often shaped less by quick fixes and more by consistent, intentional living.
This made is realize how everyday choices, routines, and environments shape the way we live and feel. Over time, I realized that wellness isn’t about doing more or striving for perfection — it’s about having the right knowledge, tools, and support to live well.
As my experience grew, so did my understanding that wellness is not only physical — it is deeply personal, lifestyle-driven, and spiritual. I am a believer, a disciple of Jesus, and my faith plays a central role in how I view purpose, service, and care for others. I believe true wellness begins with alignment — in how we live, how we care for ourselves and others, and how we steward our everyday lives.
Flamboyannt Wellness was created to make wellness feel accessible, intentional, and supportive. Today, it exists as a wellness education and lifestyle support brand designed to help individuals live well through practical guidance, trusted resources, and supportive solutions.
My background in behavioral science, combined with years of experience supporting individuals and families, has shaped my approach to wellness as something rooted in daily practices. I understand the pressures of modern living, the challenges of caring for others, and the importance of having systems and resources that support balance and well-being.
At its core, Flamboyannt Wellness is about meeting people where they are and supporting them through wellness education, lifestyle awareness, and solutions that make living well feel achievable and sustainable.

Advocating Wellness, Longevity and Care
The body, mind and spirit are intricately linked. What has an impact on one has an impact on the other. For me maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle is important,self-care, my spirituality, stress management, quality sleep, eating healthy, quality and healthy relationships, physical activity and enjoyment of life are all priorities to me.
For me it’s about turning down the volume on life and allowing myself to breathe. It’s about balancing life and work in order to be truly balanced. It’s about getting in touch with nature and giving myself grace. It’s all about determining what energizes me and makes me happy and doing more of it. These are simple bits of wisdom but I know it can be sometimes overlooked. But what I can tell you based on my own wellness path and that of clients that I have worked with is that embracing these habits are the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle and it is the small changes that will lead to long-term health and happiness
